Jay reflected on his tenure at 13D, as follows: “Throughout my 35 years on Wall Street, 13D has been proficient at adapting to changing market circumstances. From the emphasis on SEC filings in the 1980s, to the rise of Asia and emerging markets in the 1990s, commodity-price inflation in the 2000s, the era of central-bank distortions and the rise of technology-led disruption, 13D has demonstrated an adaptability that few research firms have emulated.”
