Joanne joined 13D Research & Strategy in 2025 as a Client Services Associate & Inside Sales covering the Asia region. Embracing 13D’s core value, Joanne supports the Asia team through systematic activities and nurtures prospects through defined campaigns. She is experienced in assisting clients and cultivating client loyalty in the FinTech and financial services wealth management industry. She is motivated, independent, result-driven and a good team-player and practiced at day-to-day and long-term organizational goals.

Prior to joining 13D, Joanne worked for multinational financial data companies and in the banking industry. She is skilled in account management and client servicing, and fluent in English and Chinese.

Joanne also has a keen interest in psychology, art, piano and music. She participates in music programs and performances in her spare time.

Joanne graduated from University of California, San Diego in the U.S. She also received a diploma on Psychology Studies from Peking University in China.
