Lou brings more than 20 years of research production and marketing experience to 13D, including a 15-year tenure at Morgan Stanley where she was Head of Production for Europe Research and 5 years at Euronext (LIFFE) where she was responsible for production and formed part of the branding committee. Though Lou has largely worked within the financial sector, she began her career in academic publishing at Routledge and prior to joining 13D enjoyed a stint with the sports marketing agency, CSM Live.
Throughout her career, Lou has focused on creating differentiated content that improves product engagement and promotes strong brand principles. Freedom and personal growth are important core values for Lou and as a lateral thinker she was drawn to 13D by the unique perspectives and freethinking capacity of its people. Lou studied graphic design and production management at the University of the Arts and in 2022 obtained a professional diploma in digital marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
