Manon joined 13D in May 2024 to serve 13D’s clients and expand the firm’s footprint across the Americas.

Before joining 13D, Manon started her career back in 2016 after earning her Series 3 and working for R.J. O’Brien Futures, an independent futures brokerage and clearing firm, as a Market Strategist to deliver premier clearing and execution services. Since then, she has held a number of client-facing roles at Morningstar, Refinitiv, and most recently at MSCI, supporting major financial institutions, banks, asset managers, and financial advisors using market-leading products with data, analytics, and content for trading and alpha generation. Manon believes in fostering long-term relationships through actively listening to each client’s individual needs and embracing a consultative approach to enhance their overall experience and ultimately drive their bottom line.

Manon was drawn to 13D’s contrarian view of the markets as well as 13D’s 40-plus-year track record to identify the next big thing. Having worked in the industry for the past 10 years she understands the fast-paced environment and the importance of quality research to be able to filter out the noise, stay one step ahead of industry trends, and deliver actionable insights to help clients make swift decisions.

Manon is a Chicago native with new-found roots in West Palm Beach, Florida. In her free time, she can be found running, practicing yoga, seeking out novel experiences, and meeting new people to foster her love for connection.
