Priyanka joined 13D in 2014 and currently manages the analytics support for 13D’s global client relations team. She is an expert in outreach campaigns, client engagement support, conducting know your customer research, and renewal risk analytics and reporting. Her contribution over the years has been instrumental in building a knowledge base from extensive expertise in CRM so we can best serve our clients.

Prior to 13D, she worked as a human-resource associate with Nucleus Software, a provider of lending and transaction software for banks and financial institutions. At Nucleus, she gained experience in resource sourcing, payrolls, and finance.

She believes 13D provides its subscribers a distinct edge because of its ability to connect the global events, often in different geographies to develop ideas beyond conventional wisdom and investment approach. 13D is like a small family in her perspective where every person is supportive to each other and goes extra mile to produce quality content and unmatched customer service.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, India. In her spare time, she loves listening to music, reading articles about new innovations and is an avid traveler.
